Online Ordering

All Online orders MUST be processed through the purchasing mechanism of the Online Store in order to quote accurate prices. No prices will be accepted using printed browser quotes due to the inability of current internet browsers to properly refresh pages. If a purchase is requested via fax using any other method other than the Online Store, the current price will be reflected on the invoice.

Ordering by Phone/Fax/Email/Mail

For best service, please have your order form completed and credit card number handy prior to placing your order. Be sure to state catalog numbers precisely and give telephone representative accurate shipping address and any special delivery instructions as well as the name and phone number of the contact person who will be receiving the shipment.

Pricing Information

ALL PRICES LISTED IN OUR CATALOG OR ONE THIS WEBSITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. All prices in this catalog are listed in US Dollars. Any checks written must be in US dollars with checks drawn on a US Bank. International orders must be pre-paid with wire transfer or credit card. Prices printed in our catalog or on our website DO NOT include shipping and handling charges.

Sales Tax

Within the state of Ohio — Springboards And More is a mail-order company based in the state of Ohio. As a mail-order company, we are required to charge state and local sales tax on orders shipped to state of Ohio. The state of Ohio charges a 6% sales tax.

Outside the state of Ohio — We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside the state of Ohio.

Returns/Exchanges

If you need to return an item, please call our Customer Service Department at 513.697.9509 for assistance. Returned items must be shipped to us using either Insured US Mail or Insured UPS or Fed-Ex. Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges on returned items. Returned items must be unused and in original condition including original packaging. All items (except consignment items) are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. NOTE: Special Order or Custom made items CANNOT be returned for ANY reason. Check with the one of our friendly representatives for details.

International Orders

Most items that we sell can be shipped worldwide (see note below). All international orders must be prepaid using wire transfer or credit card. Wire transfers may be subject to an additional bank surcharge.

Effective 8/18/2008, all orders that ship outside of the USA will incur an additional international surcharge. The surcharge will range from a minimum of $10.00, to a maximum of 10% of the total price of all items purchased. International customers are also responsible for any and all import duties, Customs fees, taxes and special shipping and handling

Shipping costs for international orders are not calculated online and will not be included in the shopping cart for online orders. The final charge processed using your credit card for items purchased online WILL include these international shipping charges. If you wish to be notified of these charges please include a note during checkout.

NOTE: Duraflex Diving Boards and Durafirm Diving Stands may only be purchased through Springboards and More if you reside in the United States of America or its territory (i.e. Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.). All international orders for diving boards and diving stands must be ordered through the Duraflex and Durafirm representative in your area.

Inspection of Shipments

Most items that we sell can be shipped worldwide. All international orders must be prepaid using wire transfer or credit card. Product prices and shipping charges may vary when shipping to foreign countries. International customers are responsible for any and all import duties, Customs fees, taxes and special shipping and handling charges. Call or E-mail us for international product prices, estimated shipping charges and estimated delivery times.

All prices listed in the Springboards and More Website are for items purchased and shipped within the continental United States. International orders may incur slightly higher pricing and shipping and handling charges.

Duraflex Diving Boards and Durafirm Diving Stands may only be purchased through Springboards and More if you reside in the continental United States. All others, including international orders must be purchased through the Duraflex and Durafirm representative in your area.

Discounts

Customers will receive a 5% discount for all orders that are PRE-PAID by Certified Check, Personal Check, Business Check or Money Order. (Credit Card orders and Wire Transfers are NOT eligible for the 5% discount). High Schools, Colleges, Parks and Rec. Departments and other organizations that have been granted non-profit status ( IRS 501-C3) may be eligible for discounted pricing. Please call to check if you are eligible.

Purchase Orders

Valid institution purchase orders will be accepted. (Our terms are Net 30 days from item ship date). Finance charges will be assessed at a rate of 1 ½% per month (18% per annum) for all invoices that are past due. Past due is defined as payment not received in full by the due date listed on equipment invoice.

Custom Orders

All Custom Orders or Special Order Items must be prepaid NO EXCEPTIONS.

COD Orders

Springboards and More does NOT offer COD payment for items ordered. All orders must be prepaid using one of the payment methods listed above.

Out of Stock

If the color or size you want is not listed in the "Choose Your Color/Size" drop-down box on the Product Information page, it is not available at this time. Please check back later—it may be in stock the next time you shop.

Payment Options

Springboards and More (a subsidiary of DIVE Cincinnati, Inc.) will accept the following methods of payment for any item that we sell: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Personal Check, Business Check, Certified Check, Money Order, Cash or Wire Transfer. In stock items ordered using a credit card or Certified Check will be shipped the same day that they are processed. In stock items ordered using a Personal Check, Business Check or Money Order will be shipped after the check has cleared our bank. Wire Transfer orders will be shipped after the money has been received by our bank and credited to our account.

For additional security purposes the billing address for the credit card being used MUST match the address on file with the credit card company.

Charges

There will be a $25.00 service charge for all checks that are returned to us by the bank for any reason. In addition, your order will NOT be processed until the returned check has been made good and we have received the $25.00 service charge.

Any and all orders must be prepaid using one of our company approved payment methods. (Cash, personal check, business check, money order, wire transfer or credit card)

Open Accounts

Springboards and More (a subsidiary of DIVE Cincinnati) will extend credit to individuals or companies that complete and have approved by our company a credit application. Call one of our representatives for more information. For accounts in good standing, we will ship to you Net 15 days from invoice date. A 1-½% per month (18% per annum) interest charge will be assessed on all unpaid accounts and no further shipments will be made to you until the unpaid balance including interest charges is paid in full.
