General Information
All shipping charges calculated during Springboards
And More Online Ordering are estimates only and your
actual shipping costs may vary slightly from what is
displayed at checkout for specific items. All final
purchase amounts are calculated once your order is received
and processed and then submitted to your MasterCard
or VISA.
Specific items, due to irregular product sizes and
weights, will not show shipping costs at checkout for
online orders. These shipping costs must be calculated
at our office and will not be included in the online
shopping cart. The final amount once processed and charged
to your credit card for items purchased online will
include these shipping charges.

Regular
Delivery to Contiguous united States
Depending on the item and where it is
going, we will send it to you using the best but least
expensive means of shipping unless you instruct us to
do otherwise by adding a note during the checkout process.
Your charge will be adjusted depending on your instructions.
U.S. Mail, United Parcel Service and Federal Express
are the most common means of shipping used by our company.
These shipping prices are for shipments
within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to
Alaska, Hawaii and all international addresses will
incur additional shipping and handling charges. Please
refer to the shipping information listed below for areas
outside the continental U.S.
In stock items are usually shipped within
three (3) to four (4) business days. Out of stock items
are shipped as soon as they become available. We will
immediately alert you if an item you order is out of
stock as well as the estimated shipping date.
All
deliveries to a RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS via Fed Ex, UPS
or DHL will incur AT LEAST a $2.00 residential delivery
surcharge that is in addition to our regular shipping
and handling charges. Rural or remote deliveries may
incur additional fees as well. These surcharges are
being passed on from the shipping companies.

Delivery
to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Armed Forces
Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories
will incur additional shipping and handling charges.
These charges will not not be shown at checkout for
online orders. These shipping costs must be calculated
at our office and will not be included in the online
shopping cart. The final amount once processed and charged
to your credit card for items purchased online will
include these shipping charges.
U.S. Territories include: American Samoa, Armed Forces
Africa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Canada,
Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Middle East, Armed
Forces Pacific, Fdr. States Of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall
Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico,
and Virgin Islands.
NOTE FOR PUERTO RICO RESIDENTS: Please
be sure to write your "Urbanization designation"
in the comments section of the order form.

Large
& Irregular Orders
Shipping Items of irregular size and excessive weight
will incur specialized shipping costs that are not calculated
online and will not be included in the shopping cart
for online orders. This will include diving boards,
diving stands, trampolines and any other items listed
below.
The specialized shipping chart listed below will give
an approximate range of shipping costs when ordering
one (1) of a particular item. Ordering more than one
(1) of the same item(s) and having them shipped at the
same time will increase the shipping cost but should
not double the shipping costs. The final amount charged
top your credit card for items purchased online will
include these shipping charges. If you wish to be notified

International
Orders
INTERNATIONAL ORDER DEFINED: We define
an International Order as any order that ships to an
address outside the 50 United States of America.
WHERE WE SHIP: Most items that we
sell can be shipped worldwide (see note below about
Duraflex Diving Boards and Durafirm Diving Stands).
All international orders must be prepaid using wire
transfer or credit card. Wire transfers may be subject
to an additional bank surcharge.
Effective 11/18/2008, all orders that ship
outside of the 50 United States of America will incur
an international surcharge that is in addition to
shipping and handling charges. The international surcharge
will be a MINIMUM of $10.00 per order, up to a maximum
of 10% of the total price of all items purchased.
Unless you request otherwise, all international orders
will be shipped "Global Priority" through
the United States Postal Service. The MINIMUM shipping
and handling charge per international order will be
$15.00. International customers are also responsible
for any and all import duties, Customs Fees, taxes
and / or special shipping and handling charges that
may be assessed by the government of your Country.
ONLINE CALCULATON: Due to the vastly
different shipping rates for various items to various
countries outside the United States of America, shipping
costs for international orders are not calculated online
and will NOT be included in the shopping cart for online
orders. These shipping costs must be calculated
at our office and as a result, your Order Receipt
will show “$0.00” for the shipping charges.
Once your order is packaged and weighed, only then can
the final shipping charges for your order be calculated.
Springboards and More will add these charges along with
the international surcharge (described above) to your
Sales Receipt and charge to your credit card.
If you wish to be made aware of the total
shipping charges prior to your order being processed,
please include a note requesting this information
in the comments section of the online order form during
checkout.
DURAFLEX DIVING BOARD AND DURAFIRM DIVING STAND
SHIPMENTS: Springboards and More is only authorized
to sell Duraflex Diving Boards and Durafirm Diving Stands
WITHIN the United States of America and it’s territories.
Duraflex Dealers in the United States of America are
NOT permitted to sell this equipment outside of the
United States, or to people or companies who plan to
ship the equipment outside of the United States.
All international orders for diving boards and diving
stands must be purchased through the international dealer
who services that particular country or continent. Please
contact the Duraflex Dealer who services your area..
Please note that Springboards and More IS permitted
to sell any and all Duraflex Fulcrum and Hinge Parts
as well as most of the more than 400 diving related
items we feature on our website to customers all around
the world.

Express
Delivery
If you need an item in a hurry and it is available,
we will gladly ship it to you using either Next Day
Service from the US Postal Service or Overnight Delivery
from Fed-Ex or UPS. Additional shipping and handling
charges may apply for all express shipments.
If
you would like expedited shipping for your order (Next
Day, Overnight, 2-Day, etc.), please request this
in the comments section of the on-line order form.
We will notify you if the items you have ordered are
not available for expedited shipping. Additional charges
may apply.

Freight
Delivery
Many larger items (diving boards, diving stands, spotting
rigs and trampolines, etc.) are shipped directly from
the manufacturer and arrive by common freight carrier.
Delivery of common carrier items - known as tailgate
delivery, require that they be delivered to a commercial
address or loading dock and require a physical address
(not a PO Box number) and a phone number that the carrier
can call to arrange delivery. An individual 18 years
or older must be available to sign for the shipment
when it arrives.
The carrier will notify you directly to arrange a time
and date of your delivery. The refusal of this type
of delivery may result in the purchaser being charged
shipping fees both to and from the shipping address.
The customer is responsible for unloading the product(s)
from the freight truck and should make arrangements
in advance to have assistance for unloading the product(s)
- tailgate delivery does not include delivery inside
your home, apartment, or office.
If you are not at home when the delivery was scheduled,
a second delivery fee may apply depending on the carrier.
Special options may be arranged directly with the carrier
for additional services such as delivery within your
home or office. These options may result in additional
charges payable to the carrier.
All freight delivery charges are based on items delivered
to a commercial address. Delivery to a residential address
will incur additional charges.
Please remember that you MUST inspect the package(s)
at the time of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a shortage
on the order, please note the damage to the item(s)
or the shortage on the delivery receipt and refuse the
delivery and contact us immediately. If this occurs
outside of our business hours please leave us a message
and(or) call us on the next business day. Springboards
And More is NOT responsible for damage or shortage that
occurs in the transportation of the merchandise - the
damage or shortage is the sole responsibility of the
carrier.
It is the responsibility of the customer to
receive and sign for the correct item and number of
pieces. If you do not note that shipments are incorrect
or damaged, it may result in additional charges. |

Returns/Exchanges
If you need to return an item, please
call our Customer Service Department at 513.697.9509
for assistance. Returned items must be shipped to us
using either Insured US Mail or Insured UPS or Fed-Ex.
Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling
charges on returned items. Returned items must be unused
and in original condition including original packaging.
All items (except consignment items) are subject to
a 25% re-stocking fee.
NOTE: Special Order or Custom made
items CANNOT be returned for ANY reason. Check with
the one of our friendly representatives for details. |

Inspection
of Shipments
